How I got free stuff from Influenster!

I’m going to tell you about my latest discovery in the world of getting free stuff!

I heard about this website called Influenster.com through someone on Facebook and I signed up a few weeks ago and did some initial surveys to tell them about myself. Then last week, I received this awesome box in the mail! This nifty little package is called the “Surfs Up Vox Box” with a bunch of free goodies inside from www.influenster.com.

My First Influenster Vox Box

These are the items I received complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.:

1. A coupon for a free Jamba Juice Smoothie + coupon for $1 off

2. A full size bottle of Sinful Colors nail polish

3. A bottle of First Aid Shot Therapy for pain (which totally worked btw)

4. A small bottle of Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration After Sun moisturizer

Smells great

5. A full size Covergirl Bombshell mascara.

However, just signing up is not a guarantee that you will receive a box. According to their website:

Members with high scores — within the specific badge we are targeting at the time — are prioritized, which is all the more reason to get your Expert Badge scores high and boost your Impact. This ensures members receive products that match their interests.”


To increase your chances or receiving a Vox Box, you should link up all of your social accounts immediately and complete badge activities for the types of things you are interested in. The boxes are themed, so each box will contain things that they pick for you based on your survey choices.


After receiving the items, you are expected to post reviews and fulfill tasks on various social mediums such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon, and a personal blog such as this one. I’m hoping that staying active and completing the tasks will increase my chances to receive more of these “Vox Boxes”!
